Willy the Wizard

Quick concept image done a bit ago for a little design prompt.

He's a Self Employed 'Wizard'
Favorite saying is 'No Refunds'
'Crazy' but overall harmless. Willy has lived under a pier in one of the more touristy areas for around 13 years, where he collects and crafts 'magical talismans' to sell to the visitors. Due to his diligent collection of 'magical material' the beach has been kept clean for over a decade and the Magician has become somewhat of a tourist attraction himself. He loves to give new 'heros' quests and talk about his battles with sea monsters at night.
His background isn't really known by many and if you ask then you get a long drawn out heroic tale that... is 90% untrue.
